- NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED
- FOOD or DRINK COOLERS are NOT permitted into Zoom Flume. Zoom Flume has recently constructed a covered picnic area adjacent to the parking lot overlooking a scenic mountain stream. Guests are welcome to use this pavilion to eat lunch/snacks at our new tables. Food may not be brought through Zoom Flume entrance. (Groups leaders please call for special arrangement’s)
- Follow instructions of Ride Attendants and Lifeguards at all times.
- Children under the age of 18 should not be left unattended.
- For the safety of our guests, some attractions have height and weight
limits and are strictly enforced.
- Swimwear or clothing that may be considered offensive in a family
environment is not allowed (“G-Strings”, “thongs”, etc.).
- Guests with body tattoos that may be considered offensive by park management will be asked to cover tattoos.
- Swimwear with buttons, zippers, rivets, or snaps on the back will not be allowed.
- No denim cutoffs or shorts are allowed on rides.
- Do not leave personal property unattended, Zoom Flume is not
responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Anyone who has experienced an intestinal illness within
the past 14 days should not participate in any water activities.
- Diaper Dependant Children must wear approved waterproof swim diapers in all pools and attractions.
- Inclement weather procedure — in case of nearby thunderstorm,
all rides and pools will be cleared until the threat of lightning passes.
The attractions will reopen when the storm has cleared. NO REFUNDS
OR RAIN CHECKS due to inclement weather.
Zoom Flume reserves the right to refuse service or dismiss any individual from the property.
Water Slide/Pool Restrictions
Zoom Flume Water Park Height Requirements by attraction:
A responsible adult should always check each attraction to determine if the speed of the slide or style of the slide is suitable for their child. The maximum weight to use any slide is 225 lbs., however, some slides have a lower weight limit. Guests must obey all restrictions at each attraction.
Riptide Cove Wave Pool – A giant pool that is able to generate many different types of waves and wave heights. Riptide Cove is a gently sloping pool with a max. depth of approx. 4 ft. There is no minimum height requirement.
Lagoon Activity Pool – Large, gently sloping pool with a max. depth of 3ft. There is no min. height requirement.
Wild River – A family river raft ride, up to 5 people allowed per tube. Min. height is 36”.
Lazy River – A gently flowing river, rider floats on a circular tube. There is no min. height requirement.
Pelican Pond – A shallow pool with interactive fountains and a small water slide. Only for use by small children under 42”.
Thrill Hill – A thrilling water slide built just for children under 100lbs.
Wild Water West – An interactive water play land with water cannons, depth blasters and more. Watch out, you will get wet! There is no min. height requirement.
Mighty Anaconda – A twisting, turning body-slide ride ending with a refreshing splash into the Lagoon Activity Pool below. 42” min. height
Grand Prix Splashway – Race your buddies down this three lane body-slide featuring large humps and dramatic drops with a giant splash into the pool below! 48” min. height Zoom Flume Serpentine Slides – 42” min. height
Canyon Plunge – Take a steep plunge into the canyon below. This is a body slide ride – riders must be 42” min. height Black Vortex – 36” min. height
Are there lockers and dressing rooms?
Yes, both are provided, the lockers at a minimum additional cost.
Does Zoom Flume have food service and picnic areas?
Yes, we have snack bars serving many items including pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, soda, chicken nuggets & fingers, specialty wrap sandwiches etc. that can be eaten at any of our many picnic areas.
Are food coolers and outside food allowed in Zoom Flume?
Small lunch size coolers are allowed. Families with large coolers may have a picnic lunch in the picnic area outside Zoom Flume’s entrance, however, large coolers may not be brought into park. Also outside restaurant food (i.e. pizza) may NOT be brought in.
Are glass containers with food allowed in the park?
No, we cannot allow any glass containers into the park.
Is alcohol allowed into the park?
No, due to insurance regulations, we cannot allow any type of alcohol
into the park.
Are bathing suits required?
By health department laws, bathing suits are required. For toddlers, diapers are not permitted. Children must wear “swimmies” pants or swim diapers.
Is footwear required?
No. There are cement and wooden walkways leading to all rides and facilities, but foot wear is worn by most people, and removed when they get to the ride.
Are there any relaxation areas in the park?
Absolutely! Zoom Flume is located in a natural setting. Picnic areas, lounge chairs, and observation points are throughout the park.
Does Zoom Flume close when it rains?
Generally the rides will still operate during a rain storm. The rides will temporarily close however during a thunder storm and then reopen after the threat of lightning has passed. If the weather prediction is for unusually cold or rainy weather, it is best to call ahead for information.
